The Grommet, Rectangular, Open Back, 3.25"X1.93" item is available in bulk packaging, allowing for the flush mounting of 150 or 153 series lights on metallic or non-metallic surfaces. The B150-18 model also accepts the 152 light.

For the 150 and 203 series lights, a 142-49 2-wire plug is required for electrical connection. The 153 series, on the other hand, requires a 153-49 plug, with the exception of the 153C model, which is hardwired.

The hole specifications for the 150-18 model are as follows: 2.88" x 1.53" x 11/64" max panel thickness.
